Kaspersky internet Security 2009 status?

I have 486 threats on my computer. I clicked Detected and nothing has been disinfected or quarantined. The option Disinfect all is not available and i don't know what to do. All these threats are VERY DANGEROUS. I have no idea how to get rid of them. The Support option was no help at all. I am not able to ask questions on that site and no one has asked a question that is like mine. Please help me. I dont know how to get rid of them!
