I'm single, over 40 and wonder if I will meet my soul mate?

I'm a single woman in her lat 40s who has never married or had children. Instead, I've had a couple of relationships which lasted a few years and I have a good job which enables me to travel lots. I don't know why it is so difficult to actually meet love. Very very few guys attract me and usually (as I look about 32, no joking), I'm asked out by younger guys and they do attract me. Still, I don't know if I will find love. Actually I'm not looking as I believe it happens when you don't expect it. Any advice please?
