I'm a freshman so i'm new to this. Yesterday was our first meet, i ran the 200m and cracked the top ten for my school all time records for the past like 50 years. So yea i guess you could say i'm fast, but i want to be faster. I have a big invitational tomorrow at home so i have to do well, its tomorrow morning. What should i do to prepare, what to eat and how much to eat? How much sleep? Stretches? How to stay hydrated? Please explain everything i could to do be my best!
