Sure Filipino people are friendly(well sounds pathetic) but most of it you can count on theme specially people on opposite are very much accepted in the island, unlike here in the U.S. Cost of living in the Philippines are much cheaper compare here in the U.S but that will change depends on your lifestyle. If you preferred to live in a elite community, boooom, that will cost you arm and legs, if you want a modest living not so elitist but acceptable you save a bundle. Go and be merry!
