How can I communicate with a paranormal entity?

A while back i started seeing strange flashes of light, I didn't really think much of it until i saw a transparent figure looking at me. I could tell by the silhouette that it was a woman. But she wasn't looking at me in an angry way. More like observing me. I don"t think it is my house being haunted or anything because i've lived there a long time and it hasn't happened until maybe 3 or 4 months ago. She has not spoken to me but i have seen her try and attempt to open her mouth and speak but no sounds ever come out. From what I can see of her she is not very old, maybe in her late twenties or early thirties. She looks to me like she was very beautiful when she was human. I don't wish to banish her from my home because i don't think she is evil. I just want to learn about her and how she died. Maybe get her to tell me her name, and who she is. I appreciate anyone who wishes to help me. Just remember I don't want to harm her( if you can even harm a ghost) just communicate and learn. Thank you.
