How to adjust carburetor air/fuel?

The Ford and Holley's don't have adjustible jets, but they can be changed out, not sure about the Edelbrock...sounds like you need some more timing, new points or electronic ignition, set the timing at 10 degrees and that should help..you may have a bad power valve or accerator pump bad or out of adjustment..
