How did the BBC reporter know WTC 7 was going to fall?

I have asked myself this question many times. Even when I am on my happy pills, this question rolls through my head. My therapist says the building looked really, really damaged with the huge hole in the side and the smoke from the fires. After all, she WAS standing in front of the building, so she could plainly see it was still there! But I don't believe him, I think it was a conspiracy. I am sooooo confused. Help me. What is the truth?
