leakage in cats?????

ok so my cat just had kittens 2 weeks ago and she is litterally leaking poo all over the place and the poor thing notices and starts running away to the litter box like she has no clue it is happening to her...what in the world could this be, ? any answeres could be helpfull except for smart a** people who will say take her to a vet because all of the vets ive spoken to said give her a few weeks and then when she wheens the kits we can run tests.. only seriouse responses please this is not a joke...
