What application can do linear regression for a rectangular hyperbolic function?

The function should be of the form y=a/(bx+100). I need to find a and b to determine the 'line of best fit'/'trendline' for a set of 51 points. Excel has very limited trend line options. Is there some graphing calculator type software that can do this?
