C in the 7th octave -- for flute?

Im not sure, as an oboist I picked up the flute and could play all the way up to that on the first try... I have small hands and my only issue was getting to that tiney pinky key- whose Idea was it to put it all the way out there anyway? well back on topic make sure your first finger isnt uncovering the hole when you reach for the pinky key and put a LOT of air through that flute-dont be afraid of it- its high, its shrieky but its supposed to be- confidence is everything
