Do you think that while astral projecting?

I don't believe you appeared as a ghost to this woman. What she saw was your physical body. You were out on the astral, as all of go there when we sleep/dream, but you woke up before your astral body had a chance to fully return into your body. That would explain the heavy, sleepy feeling you had. This happens more often than most people think.
