I am in my mid-40's and sometimes when I sneeze or cough, I have leakage from my bladder occurring?

do other women in this age group have this same problem? I'm just wondering if this is a normal in my age group. The leakage isn't bad but it's just irritating and not expected. Please, only serious answers. It was hard enough to ask this. Thank you.
