I'm frustrated,most of my lettering comes back **weird**kind of **fancy and unreadable**,Help....?

Like when I read my e mail I get this new fancy and unreadable letters,same when I'm checking web pages,everything changed and I don't know how to fix it,heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp.
