I Liked this girl but played with her feelings what should ido?

About 2 years ago i really liked this one girl, but i played with her feelings now i found her on myspace and i sent her a friend request n she accepted it so now were friends. but i sent her a message that daid this " so last year things didnt go so well, and im sorry i really am but i was hoping we could be friends or something, but thats up to you to decide." and then she replied but didnt answer my question, instead she asked something like how have things been going, so now i dont know what to do. i cant get over this girl. i really want her to know that i m sorry for what happened, What should i do? please help??
