Im trying to get out of this controlling relationship, what do i do?

Im 22 years old single mother, and my boyfreind is 40. I love him he's an awsome Father but hes changed. I couldnt go anywere with out him,accuses me of seeing other people even though most of the time he's with me and straight up Im not, crazy ****. I moved out but he still comes over 4 call, and to see "Starr."Its just Im having a very hard time doing so!! Espesioly with my daughter she's almost 3 . It's not his kid but thats her Daddy....Its killing me 2 do so but i know its 4 the best.
