Makeup tips for a teen !?

I'm really into makeup and love playing with it. I just went and spent 200 dollars on makeup. I know crazy but whatever. I have everything imaginable and every brush imaginable. I have green/blue eyes , a round face , my eyes are kinda small i have salmon pink lips and have have long dark brown hair. If someone could give me some makeup tips. send me video's. guidelines , anything that i could use to do my makeup really good that would be super awesome ! thanks :)
