Possible Brain Tumor?

I can't be sure with out looking at you and running an MRI but I'm fairly certain it's a side effect of the geodon increase. Unfortunately, our bodies take a while to process medications, i.e. Depression medicine taking weeks before an improvement in condition is noted. Those are noted symptoms of a Geodon overdose. Yes, it was an overdose even though you had previously been taking that amount because your body wasn't ready to handle that level all at once (double dose). I hope this eases your fears at least a small amount.
