What's so bad about fascism?

Fascism incorporates racism as part of its ideology. This is made prevalent by the Nazis exterminating the Jews, or the Japanese making genocide on the Chinese. Even Saddam Hussein, an American-supported Fascist(for a period of time), used chemical weapons to kill the Kurds.
