Who currently cuts the best promo's?

People have mentioned a lot of good ones (Edge, MVP, etc.) but my two favorites on the mic are Triple H and John Cena. Not a whole lot of 'em can make me laugh but those two do pretty consistently. James Storm's pretty funny, as well.
